Brooke Schaive, FNP-C, is a family nurse practitioner at Grassroots Healthcare in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where she provides compassionate, personalized care for patients of all ages—from newborns to seniors. 

A Riverton High School graduate, Brooke earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from St. John’s College of Nursing in Springfield, Illinois. She spent eight years as a registered nurse before becoming nationally certified in Maternal Newborn Nursing with a focus on postpartum care.

Driven by a deep desire to empower families through education and preventative care, Brooke completed her Master of Science in Nursing at Maryville University and began practicing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. At Grassroots, she is committed to treating the root cause of health concerns, supporting whole-family wellness with a blend of evidence-based medicine and everyday practices like nutritious eating, movement, and time outdoors.

Brooke’s approach to primary care is inspired by her grandfather’s cancer journey and the belief that healing begins with empathy. She takes pride in offering family-centered healthcare that feels approachable, proactive, and rooted in trust.

Outside of the clinic, Brooke enjoys gardening, baking sourdough bread, and making memories with her husband—her high school sweetheart—and their four children. Her goal is to help every family she cares for feel seen, supported, and confident in their health journey.
